3 lbs confectioner sugar

2 lbs creamy peanut butter
|

1 lb butter, softened
|

24 oz chocolate chips
|

1/4 bar paraffin
|

Instructions |
|
|
Beat together confectioners sugar, peanut butter and butter until thoroughly blended.
|

|
Spoon and roll mixture into 1 inch balls.
|
|
|
In a double boiler melt chocolate chips and parafin (shave parafin to speed melting).
|
|
|
Using a toothpick, dip the balls into the chocolate mixture until almost covered. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
