12 slices bread
|

2 c grated cheddar
|

6 eggs, beaten
|

2 1/2 c milk
|

1 tsp dry mustard
|

1 can cream of mushroom soup
|
|
1/3 c milk
|
|
2 can sliced mushrooms
|
|
1-2 lbs sausage
|

Instructions |
|
|
Dice onion and pepper. In frying pan, cook onion, pepper and sausage.

Grease 9x13 pan. Layer bread, sausage mixture and cheese.
|
|
|
Beat eggs, milk and mustard together. Pour over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
|
|
|
Mix soup, milk and mushrooms together. Pour over top. Bake at 350 for 45-60 min. Let stand 15 min before serving.
