     Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
1 egg well beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
 
Instructions
Heat oven to 400. Line with paper baking cups or grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Add egg, milk and oil. Bake 20-25 minutes.
Top with mixture - 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
