      COCONUT BON BONS

Ingredients
1/3 c. cold mashed potatoes
3 c. flaked coconut
Pinch salt
1 lb. box powdered sugar
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and roll out into small balls. Chill. Dip into semi-sweet chocolate chips and paraffin.
