1 LARGE bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (or 2-3 small bottles)
1/4 bottle of Franks's Hot Sauce
Hamburger buns
Instructions
Put pork in crock pot on low with just enough water to cover bottom. Cook on low all day and night of first day.
The next morning use 2 forks to pull apart pork until it is shredded.
Add BBQ sauce and Frank's sauce to taste (I like 1/4 of a bottle, you may want to try less at first, taste it to see if you like the hotness). Cook until evening, and pull apart pork more if needed.
Serve on hamburger buns with extra BBQ sauce and cheese if desired.
