1 lb. beef steak sirloin or inside round cut in strips

1 Tbsp. oil
|

1 can tomato soup
|
|
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
|

1 Tbsp. vinegar
|

1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove of garlic chopped)
|
|
1/4 tsp. dry hot pepper
|

3 cups cut broccoli
|
|
4 cups cooked rice
|

Instructions |

|
Slice beef into thin strips.
|
|
|
In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add beef and stir-fry until browned.
|

Add soup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and pepper. Heat to boil. Simmer covered until beef is tender.
|
|
|
Add broccoli and cook over medium heat until tender-crisp, stirred occasionally.
Serve over hot rice.
