     Dijon Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 C Dijon Mustard
1 (3 to 4 lb) Chicken (cut up)
1/2 C Water
1 bag (8 oz) Herb-seasoned Stuffing crushed
 

Instructions
In a shallow bowl, combine Mustard and Water; dip the Chicken pieces, then roll in stuffing. Place in a greased 13inch x 9inch x 2inch baking pan. Sprinkle with the remaining stuffing. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
