1/3 c apple juice

1/3 c maple syrup

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp finely chopped onion

2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions |

|
In a mixing bowl combine apple juice, maple syrup, soy sauce, onion and garlic.
|

|
Pour half into zip lock bag, add salmon, and marinade in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
|
|
|
Remove marinated salmon. Broil salmon 4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes.
|
|
|
Basted with reserved marinade. Broil 10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting every 2 minutes.
