Cook meat in Oleo in 12inch skillet until it loses its red color. Sprinkle with 1/2 the Spaghetti Sauce Mix, then spoon Cottage Cheese over meat. Top with noodles in a single layer, sprinkle with remaining Spaghetti Sauce. Mix the Basil, Parsley and Salt.
Pour tomatoes (I slice them), Tomato Sauce and 1 C water over the top making sure all is moistened. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle cheese over top and let stand about 5 minutes.
