Ingredients
9 lasagna noddles
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 onion, minced
2 c parmesean
7-8 potatoes
 

Instructions
Boil noodles until al dente. Boil potatoes until soft.
Saute onions in 1/2 c butter. Mash potatoes with 1/2 of onion/butter mixture.
Layer lasagna noodles, mash potatoes and cheese.
Top with remaining 1/2 of onion/butter mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until hot.
