     Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
6 to 8 slices Bacon, crisp fried & crumpled
1/2 C shredded Swiss Cheese
1 bunch Green Onions, sliced
1/2 C Bisquick Baking Mix
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 C diced Ham, optional
1/2 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 and a 1/2 C Milk
 
3 eggs
1/4 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9inch pie plate. Sprinkle Bacon, Cheeses and Onions evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed one minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and mixture is set, 50-55 min. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
