Combine, mixing well, round steak, breadcrumbs, eggs, pepper, ground pork, onion, and salt,shaping into 1inch meatballs; brown and drain.
Combine and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until clear and thickened- cornstarch, sugar, and vinegar. Add hot sauce, bell pepper, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and pineapple chunks. Stir all and pour over meatballs. Bake 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
