     Rice and Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Meat
1 C Onion, chopped
1 tsp Salt and Garlic Salt
1 C or can Rotel
3 C cooked Rice (rice for 4)
 
Instructions
Sauté Meat and Onion, add Salt and drain; add Rotel and Rice. Add 1/2 C or 8 oz Sour Cream. Cover with Cheese. Cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
