Ingredients
1 C Cornmeal
1 C Flour
1/4 C Sugar (optional)
4 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Salt
1/4 C Oil
1 Egg
1 C Milk
 
Instructions
Mix all together and pour into a bread pan with small amount of oil heated in it. Bake about 20-30 minutes in 350 degrees oven till brown on top.
