Ingredients
4 Tomato
3 garlic cloves
4 japanese eggplant
4 paprika (green/red) and Zuccini (if u want)
salt
pepper
crushed pepper
apple cider vinegar
sugar
 
olive oil
plain yogurt

Instructions
Cut eggplant into rectangles/paprika into slices. Put in cold water with a pinch of salt and let sit.
Pat dry eggplant/paprika in paper towel. Heat up pan with oil and place eggplant first to cook.
Grind 3 tomato and garlic and pinch of salt.
Cut 1 tomato into squares and put in pan with oil. Let cook. Add grinded tomato/garlic to pan. Add salt/pepper/crushed pepper. add flour and water in a cup and mix. Add two spoons of the mix into pan to make sauce thicker. Add spoon of apple cider vinegar and pinch of sugar. serve with plain yogurt on side.
