Split jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the
seeds. (You can boil them for a few minutes to take
away some of the heat)
Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese,
garlic powder and salt. Stuff each pepper
generously. Then wrap a slice of bacon around the
entire pepper.
Bake at 450 F until bacon is crisp.
