     Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs Tennessee Pride sausage
30 oz frozen shredded hash browns
one diced red pepper
one diced green pepper
one small onion diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
large container of french onion dip
16 oz sour cream
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Brown sausage and drain thaw potatoes while sausage is cooking
stir remaining ingredients together and stir into hashbrowns
spray large glass baking dish with pam place half mixture in dish top with half of the sausage then place remainder of hashbrown mixer on top then the rest of the sausage
salt and pepper bake at 350 for 1 hour
