Add 4 c .cubed potatoes and cook until potatoes are soft.
Meanwhile fry
˝ lb. Butter
2 large chopped onions
3 or 4 cups raw grated beets (Sharon uses lots of beets)
Chopped green beans
A few washed beet tops
Add
1 large can tomatoes
5 cups shredded cabbage
1 tbsp (or a lot more) dill
Instructions
When potatoes are cooked, add 5 cups cabbage. Turn off heat when it starts to boil. Add fried mixture and 1 tbsp. or more dill. Add sour cream just before serving and make sure it doesn’t come to a boil after adding sour cream.
