     Beef Stew

Ingredients
5 lbs Beef Tips
1-10 Can Whole Potato ( drained and Halved)
5 Cups Frozen Carrots
1/2 Tomato Soup
1 1/2 Cup Milk ( 1/2 cup Beef Tip Broth)
1/4 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
 
1 Bay Leaf

Instructions
Cook Beef Tips until tender in steamer. When cooking is complete drain and reserve 1/2 cup broth.
In a full 4in. pan combine frozen carrots, potatoes, all spices, soup, milk, and beef broth. Set aside
Roughly chop cooked beef and combine with other ingredients. Cover and Bake at 350f for 20-25 minutes.
