     Warm Monterey Jack, Chorizo and Chipotle Dip

Ingredients
8 ounces Bulk Chorizo Sausage
1 package (8 ounces) Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Sliced Green Onions
2 tablespoons Lime Juice
1 tablespoons Finely Chopped Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce
4 tablespoons Chopped Cilantro, divided
 

Instructions
Heat medium skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Crumble chorizo into skillet; cook 4-5 minutes or until browned and no longer pink. Remove sausage; drain on paper towels.
Microwave cream cheese in medium microwave-safe bowl 1 minute. Stir in sausage, Monterey Jack cheese, green onions, lime juiice and chiles. Microwave 1 1/2-2 minutes or until hot, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the cilantro. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons cilantro.
