     Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
3 cups (uncooked) white rice
8oz chicken breast
3 eggs
1 cup soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
 

Instructions
Begin boiling rice. Cut chicken into small chunks and cook in frying pan on medium. Remove chicken from pan. Scramble 3 eggs and remove from pan. Add oil to the pan and allow oil to get hot. Add garlic and let cook for 30 seconds. Add cooked rice and mix with garlic. Add cooked chicken and mix. Add soy sauce, mix thoroughly. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes or until it smells tasty enough.
Serving Suggestions
Option- use the same amount of leftover chicken or the meat of your choice
