     TCs Best Baked Lasagne

Ingredients
package of lasagne noodles, no boil type
1 pound ground beef
2 jars of your favorite Barilla spaghetti sauce
1 pound sliced mozarella cheese
1 cup parmesan grated cheese
16 ounce Ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbls parsley
1/2 cup milk
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish or lasagne pan by spraying with cooking oil.
Brown ground beef and drain. Add 1 jar of spaghetti sauce and cinnamon. Cream together the ricotta, milk, parsley, and 1/2 cup grated parmesan
Put a layer of 1/3 of meat sauce, followed by a layer of 1/3 noodles, then 1/3 of ricotta mixture, and a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat 2 more times. Top with 1/2 cup of Parmesan. Cover with wax paper sprayed with oil. Cover tightly with foil wrap. Cook for 30 minutes, remove foil and wax paper and continue cooking until lightly browned.
Allow to rest for 15-20 minutes before serving. Serve extra spaghetti sauce on the side.
