4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, boiled and chopped
1 cup celery
1 medium onion
2 carrots finely grated
2 tbs butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag of stuffing
1 8oz. sour cream
Instructions
Boil the chicken until it is cooked through. Cut up into small pieces.
Saute the onions, celery and carrots in butter until tender. Mix sauted vegetables with sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Place in a casserole dish.
Cook stuffing according to package directions. Spread stuffing over top of chicken mixture. Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Suggestions
Serve with cranberry sauce, biscuts, and mashed potatoes.
