     Crab Bisque

Ingredients
2 Cans Crab
Cooking Sherry
Onions
Salt and Pepper
Tomatoes (Large Can)
Cream of Mushroom Soup (Small Can)
Heavy whipping cream
Flour
 

Instructions
Cover bottom of pan with cooking sherry and saute onions. Add Flour, Salt and Pepper. Make a Roux.
Then add tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup and heavy whipping cream until right consistancy.
Add crab then boil for 20 minutes. Serve Hot.
