     No Pain Lo Mein

Ingredients
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked al dente
1/2 to 3/4 lbs boneless portk or checken breast, cut into thin strips
2 Tbl. Sesame Oil Divided
3 Tbl Vegetable oil
Red Pepper Flakes (few shakes)
1/4 lb snow peas (a couple handfulls)
1 small onion thinly sliced
1 cup bean sprouts
3 green onion, thinly sliced at a angle
 
2 Tbl soy sauce
salt to taste

Instructions
While pasta is cooking, put 1 Tbl sesame ol in wok or large skillet and stir fry meat until brown on high heat. Remove from Pan. Add vegetable oil and redd pepper flakes, stir in onion, snow peas, then bean sprouts. Stir fry for 1 minute.
Remove Veges from pan leaving oil in pan. Dump pasta in pan, add green onions and half of cooked meat and vegies. Toss and stir fry to combine with pasta and add soy sauce.
Drizzle with other 1 Tbls Sesame oil and add salt to taste. Dump into serving dish and add other half of meat and vegies on top. Garnish with more green onion. Serve Immediately.
