     Panzanella Salad

Ingredients
2 3/4 tomatoes cliced
5- 1/3 C. sliced soft bread cubes
2 C. Shredded Mozzarella , Divided
2- 3/4 bacon strips cooked and crumbled.
1/3 C. Butter melted
1/3 C. celery
1/3 C. onion
1- 1/3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
 
1/4 tsp dried Oregano

Instructions
Place a sinle layer of tomatoes ina greased 13X9 Baking dish. Set aside
In a large bowl combine bread cubes, 2 cups of cheese, bacon, butter, celery, onion eggs, garlic salt and oregano. Mix well spoon over tomatos
Top with remaining tomatoes, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly
Serving Suggestions
Blue Cheese crusted steak
