     Beef Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Round
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
4 oz fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1 14-oz can bean sprouts, drained
1 C Beef Broth
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1 med Onion, sliced
1 Green Pepper, julienne
1-16 oz pkg frozen stir-fry
 
1 8-oz can Water Chestnuts,
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
3/4 tsp Ground Ginger

Instructions
In lrg skillet, stir-fry the Meat until browned; drain. Add Onion & Garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add Green Pepper, Mushrooms, Vegetables, Sprouts and Water Chestnuts. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Combine Broth, Cornstarch, Soy Sauce and Ginger; stir into skillet. Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute.
