Melt peanut butter and butter over low heat in heavy sauce pan. Stir in vanilla. Remove from heat. Add sugar and mix well. Shape into balls. Refrigerate until cool (about 10-15 minutes)
Melt paraggin over very low heat, add chocolate morsels and stir until melted. Dip each ball into chocolate and cook on wax paper.
