500g beef mince
|
|
1 onion, diced
|

2 Tsp garlic
|
|
2 x 400g cans diced tomatoes
|

3 Tblsp Tomato Paste
|
|
2 Tblsp mixed herbs

1 cup veges (optional). Consider grated carrot, chopped capsicum, olives
|
|
1/3 cup diced bacon, lightly fried (optional)
|
|
1 Tsp chilli flakes (optional)
|

Instructions |

|
Heat pan on high and cook onion and garlic for 2 mins. Add beef and cook until brown.
|

Add tin tomatoes, tomato paste and herbs. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 mins. Stirring every 5-10 mins
|
|
|
Add veges and bacon (if using) and heat through.
|
|
|
Serve with pasta.
