     Beef Rissoles

Ingredients
500g beef mince
1 onion, diced (or put through blender)
1 egg
2 Tblsp Tomato Sauce
2 Tblsp Holbrooks Sauce
Pepper
1 Tblsp Mixed Herbs
2 Tblsp Bacon (optional)
1/4 cup bread crumbs
 
Flour (for coating)

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together (except flour).
Shape into patties. Coat in flour. Refrigerate 15 mins to allow to set.
Cook over medium-high heat, until browned.
Serve on burgers, or with onion/red wine gravy and veges.
