Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
|

|
|
Spread into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan
|
|
|
|
Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. You can use any flavored chip you like; peanut butter, vanilla, etc.
|
|
|
|
Bake 350 degrees for 25 min. Will be light and bubbly in center
|
