|
Wrap each chestnut in 1/2 slice bacon and pin with toothpick. Bake at 400 for 20 min until fat runs off. Drain well.

Mix together the catsup, brown sugar and Miracle Whip. Sometimes I add a little barbecue sauce.

|
Pour mixture over chestnuts and bake again at 400 for 20 to 30 min. Baste a couple times to be sure all are well coated.

You can do the first step a day ahead if you want.
