     BBQ Prawns

Ingredients
1 lb Large Tiger Prawns (16 - 20). Do not peel prawns
1/2 c Extra virgin olive oil
juice of a lemon
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp crushed chili flakes
1/3 c chopped fresh herbs - such as rosemary, thyme, parsley, oregano, fennel
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp fresh cracked pepper
 

Instructions
Marinate prawns in all of the above for about an hour. Grill prawns on high for 3-4 minutes per side.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with lots of napkins and cold beer!
