     Braunschweiger Cheese Ball

Ingredients
1 lb Braunscweiger (room temp)
4 oz Philly Cheese (room temp)
2 Tbs finely chopped onion
2 to 4 Tbls Pickle relish
1 Tbl mustard
Miracle Whip
Parsley flakes, dried or fresh
 

Instructions
Cream meat and cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Add enough salad dressing or sour cream to hold in ball. Sprinkle ball with parsley flakes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with crackers or rye bread
