Drizzle pan with olive oil, begin cooking beef tips. Cut onion into strips and sauté with beef tips on medium/high. Cook egg noodles according to directions on bag. When beef tips are fully cooked, add gravy and Au Jus sauce and simmer. Add mushroom slices. Fill bowl with a serving of noodles, top with beef tips, cover with gravy, and add a spoonful of sour cream and mix!
