Peel and slice avocados. Chop up 1/3 cup of red onion. Add one cup of cilantro. Squeeze one teaspoon of juice from fresh lime. Mix in half a teaspoon of fine sea salt. Mix all in a food processor and mix until you get desired texture (creamy green).
