Saute first four ingredients in ¼ cup margarine. Cook rice bags as directed and set aside. Heat cream style corn and mix with ¼ grated cheese. Add sautéed vegetables and cooked rice. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining grated cheese over top and heat in a moderate oven (350 degrees) until lightly browned.
