     Corn Casserole

Ingredients
one green bell pepper, chopped
one small onion, chopped
two stalks of celery, chopped
Jalapeno pepper or banana pepper, chopped
two bags Success rice
four cans cream style corn
Approx. 10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup margarine
 

Instructions
Saute first four ingredients in ¼ cup margarine. Cook rice bags as directed and set aside. Heat cream style corn and mix with ¼ grated cheese. Add sautéed vegetables and cooked rice. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining grated cheese over top and heat in a moderate oven (350 degrees) until lightly browned.
