     Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients
one lb. fresh mushrooms
one egg
one cup ice water
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
two tbsp. oil
 
Instructions
Clean mushrooms. Mix all preceding ingredients. Dip mushrooms in batter and drop in hot oil until fried golden brown; drain.
