     Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
one (9 inch) pie shell, baked
two egg yolks, lightly beaten
one (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fresh lime juice
one cup heavy cream
two tbsp. confectioners sugar, sifted
 

Instructions
Beat egg yolks with condensed milk just until blended. Add lime juice and beat until mixture thickens slightly. Pour into cooled pie shell. Refrigerate until well chilled. Whip the cream and fold in sugar. Spread over pie filling and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
