Mix the stuffing according to box. Place chicken with a slice of pepperjack cheese and a slice of ham lunchmeat on top in a casserole dish. Pour mixed stuffing on top of chicken. Cover with aluminum wrap and stick in the oven at 450 for 30 minutes. Check to make sure chicken's done and then serve. Optional- Add celery, onion, and/or a can of mixed vegetables.
