Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook Noodles until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water; set aside. To make sauce, sauté Onion and Green Pepper in Oleo. Stir in Soup, Milk, Mushrooms and Pimento; set aside. Mix Cottage Cheese, Eggs, Chicken, and American and Parmesan cheeses; set aside. Layer half the Noodles in a 9x13 baking dish. Cover Noodles with half the sauce and cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Bake for 45 min. Let set for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 10-12 generous servings. Freezes well for dinner when you come home late or unexpected company drops in.
