     Caramel Cookies

Ingredients
14 oz Carmels
2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 German Chocolate Cake Pudding Plus Mix
3/4 Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup Nuts
2 oz Chocolate
 

Instructions
Melt caramels and 1/3 cup milk on low heat; put aside. Mix cake mix and butter with the other 1/3 cup milk. Mix by hand. Stir in nuts.
Press 1/2 mix into 13 x 9 pan; bake at 350 for 6 minutes then allow to cool. Pour caramel over cooked cake; pour on chocolate chips.
Take other cake mix and crumble on top. Put on rest of nuts then bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes.
