     Moo Goo Gai Pan

Ingredients
4 Small Chicken Breasts - 1 1/2 Pounds
1 1/2 Chicken Broth
3 Strips Ginger
3 Leaves Cabbage
1 1/2 Cup Mushrooms
1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts
3 TSP Sherry
1/2 TSP Salt
2 TBS Oyster Sauce
 
1 TBS Soy Sauce
1 TBS Cornstarch in water

Instructions
Stir fry chicken pieces with ginger for 2 minutes. Remove.
Add vegetables and chicken broth for 3 minutes. Add chicken and then rest of seasoning and thicken with cornstarch.
Eat over rice.
