Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it get bubbly. Warm milk and add sugar, salt, sortening and eggs. Add yeast mix. Add enough flour to make soft dough.
For Bubble Loaf, cut sweet dough into small pieces. Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Laye in loaf pan. You can also add nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven until done. 30-45 minutes.
Optional Topping - 1/4 cups melted butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup dark corn syrup. Heat and blend until sugar melted. Pour over bread.
For Stretchers - cut dough into doughnut size pieces. Stretch thin. Fry in oil until golden brown. Remove onto paper towel and sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mix over them while still warm.
