Ingredients
16 Cups Flour (4 lbs)
4 Cups Water
16 Eggs
4 TSP Salt
 

Instructions
Cheese Filling - 1 gallon cheese, 2 TSP Salt, 3 oz lemon juice, 1 cup sugar, 8 whole eggs, 8 egg yolks; mix together
Potato Filling - 10 lbs potatoes, 1 quart - 1 Cup cottage cheese, 1/14 cup onions, 2/3 cup oleo, salt and pepper
Sauerkraut Filling - 1 gallon sauerkraut, 1 quart cottage cheese, 1/2 lbs onions, 2/3 cup bacon grease, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, salt and pepper
