Mix cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of milk. Put 1/2 cup of this mixture aside. To the majority of the mixture, add your rice.
Pour the rice mixture into a 9x13 pan. Place the chicken breasts over the mixture and pour the remaining 1/2 cup of the soup milk mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle with onion soup. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered with foil and 15 minutes uncovered.
