     Easy Eclair Cake

Ingredients
27 whole graham crackers
3 cups cold milk
2 packages (4 serving size) Jell-o french vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 tub (12 oz) Cool Whip thawed
1 tub (16 oz) reay to spread chocolate frosting
 

Instructions
Arrange crackers on the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Break the crackers to fit. Just cover the bottom of the pan anyway you can (this goes for the other layers as well) Pour milk into a large bowl and add pudding mixes in and beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. fold in the cool whip.
Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Put another layer of graham crackers over the pudding layer you just poured. Put the rest of the pudding mix on these crackers. Top with graham crackers again. Then microwave the frosting to make it pourable and spread evenly over your top layer of crackers.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. cut into squares and serve!
