     Corn Chowder

Ingredients
10 potatoes diced
12 oz of corn, fresh or frozen
water to cover potatoes
6 cups whole milk
1 bunch of green onions
10 slices bacon
 

Instructions
Cook bacon in pot. Tskr bacon out and cut onions in small slices. Saute onion in bacon grease. Add cubed potatoes and add water. Boil uncovered until potatoes are almost done. Add corn and bacon. Cook for 10 minutes. Add milk and heat through. Add butter, salt and pepper for flavor.
