Heat oven to 350. Seperate dough into 10 biscuits - seperate each into 2 layers. Place in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan or 9 by 13 pan. Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. In a small bowl combine oil, garlic, and spices. Drizzle over crust. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 350 for 18 -22 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
