     Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients
2 sticks melted oleo
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 1/2 Tbls cocoa
1 cup water
2 beated eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda added to 1/2 cup buttermilk
FROSTING - 1 stick oleo
 
3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
3 1/2Tbls cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups nuts

Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Stir in next 3 ingredients ingredients and mix altogether.
Bake at 400 for 30 to 33 min in large floured sheet cake pan. An airbake pan works really well. Cool cake for 10 min the frost while still warm.
For frosting melt oleo and add to remaining ingredients stir until well blended. This makes enough frosting for 2 cakes. Can store frosting in refrigerator.
